We pride ourselves on doing all of our work in-house. We have a trusted team of tax professionals, including seven CPAs, all with different specialties.

For your ease and convenience, we have created a payment portal for your federal and state returns, as well as the ability to pay your invoice with us.

Payment Portal

To pay your ITA Invoice, you will need to enter your invoice information, dollar amount, and invoice number located on the invoice provided to you by your CPA.

For us to onboard you as a new client, we will need you to securely send us your previous two years’ returns so we can properly evaluate whether we would be a good fit for your needs.

The easiest way to get a copy of your completed return is to email tax@integratedplanners.com or call us at 507-285-0398 requesting a copy. After receiving your request, we will send you the copy through our Secure Office Portal.

If you would like us to send a copy of your return to a 3 party, you must fill out the required Form 7216 with any information we may need to send the copy.

To find out where your return stands with Integrated Tax and Accounting, call us at 507-285-0398. We can provide a quick answer or set up a 15-minute call with your CPA within 3 business days.

Our office is located at 310 N Broadway in Rochester. We recommend that you park in the 2nd Street ramp, and we will validate your parking. The office is located on the first floor of the 310 building, also known as the City Centre Building. You can enter via the skyway or on Broadway street level.

Our teams use a secure office portal called SafeSend for sending and receiving documents. Each CPA has a unique SafeSend portal accessible via the link in their email signature. If you are unable to find the link, just contact our team and we can provide it to you, or you can send your documents to our tax inbox (linked below), and we will ensure they reach your CPA securely.
